These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WellnessRooms platform and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by WellnessRooms ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WellnessRooms provides an online scheduling and business management platform designed for wellness, fitness, and service-based businesses. Features include appointment booking, class scheduling, client management, and payment processing.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after any applicable free trial period.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Free Trials

  • We may offer a free trial period at our discretion.
  • You may be required to provide payment details to start a free trial.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by WellnessRooms and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service.
  • By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
  • You own your data. You may export your data at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
